    What to expect?

    • 48 Hours of innovation, coding and fun.
    • Experienced student mentors for each team.
    • Hackathon and Fintech specific talks and workshops.
    • Teams will build and pitch a solution for the revealed themes.
    • Great learning and networking opportunities for the youth in UAE.
    • Submissions will be judged on their impact potential, creativity, pitch, implementation and feasibility.

    Eligibility

    • Team size between 2-6 members.
    • Open to all students currently studying in an Undergraduate Degree in the UAE.
    • Open to any disciplines, we recommend forming teams that have a good mix of skills across various disciplines: Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, Design, Finance, etc.
    • All team members must attend the Hackathon in person on Sunday, 12th October at the BPDC Campus.
    • Finspire 1.0 is completely free for all Non-BPDC Students and for all ACM Members at BPDC.

    Due to limited spots not all teams might be able to be a part of this hackathon. We’ll email you with the confirmation and next steps.

    Release Of Themes

    The themes for the hackathon will be released and teams can start working on their ideas.

    Online Hackathon

    All day online hackathon where teams will work on their solutions. There will be workshops and talks to empower teams with essential skills, tools and knowledge.

    In-Person Hackathon

    All day event, where teams will present their solutions to the judges and the winners will be announced at the BPDC Campus.
